UPDA SECOND APPEAL REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
1. Should have Grievance Letter which is obtained from MMUP Office
2. Your First Attempt Exam date should be less than 30 days before appealing www.qatar-engineers.com

PROCEDURE

1. Login to the Ministry of Municipality and Environment Site ( MME ) Link : http://www.mme.gov.qa www.qatar-engineers.com
Note: Use the same User ID ( QID ) and Password which you used to login NAS (Use only Arabic language . English Version don't have this feature for appealing) www.qatar-engineers.com

3. Select " Engineers & Engineering Committee " from the E- Service Tab in MME site www.qatar-engineers.com

4. Select "( خدمة تظلمات لجنة قبول المهندسين (إلكترونيا)" Option [ Fifth option in Blue Color ] [CLICK HERE TO VIEW SCREENSHOT]

5. Select " Apply " from the Service Tab . [CLICK HERE TO VIEW SCREENSHOT]

6. Click "Next" option. [CLICK HERE TO VIEW SCREENSHOT]

7. Enter your Details for appeal, reason for fail, Upload Grievance Letter. [CLICK HERE TO VIEW SCREENSHOT] www.qatar-engineers.com

8. Click "Next" option. www.qatar-engineers.com

9. Finally you will get the second appeal Registration Number . No Need of Printing that page. Anyway you can print and keep it with you.
